For those of you looking for a new and absolutely delicious way to get some more veggies in, I am here to give you my favorite discovery- garlic roasted green beans! Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, you will be craving this side long after they are gone. The secret to the flavor behind these is the pressed garlic, if you leave the garlic minced, it tends to burn and not give the same rich flavor. And make sure to flip them in the oven, or they will not be as creamy on the inside. Enjoy!
